Simulation Model

Enrollment is recalculated every Saturday based on the living population and current indicators:

Primary: ~15% of population, adjusted by happiness
Secondary: ~10% of population, adjusted by happiness
Tertiary: ~8% of population, adjusted by happiness + GDP growth
